These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoAround, our map-based tourism-video explorer (the "Service"), operated by DLLM Development Team ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. About the Service

GoAround helps users discover tourism videos and local stories by place. The Service may provide:

• An interactive map with video counts and location markers
• A gallery of tourism videos and related location information
• Search, filtering, language, and account-preference features
• Links to videos and content hosted by third-party providers, including YouTube

The Service is provided for informational and discovery purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require authentication through a third-party provider, including Google Sign-In.

The Service may display video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and links supplied by or associated with third-party providers. This content remains subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.

When you follow an external link, you leave GoAround. We do not control third-party websites, apps, content, availability, or their collection and use of your information.

6. Content Accuracy

Location information, video metadata, translations, and other material in the Service may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should independently verify information before relying on it for travel, safety, legal, financial, or other important decisions.

7. Free Service and Availability

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, any particular feature or performance level, or that the Service will remain free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

8. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DLLM Development Team will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or third-party content linked by it.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Service's software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by DLLM Development Team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit these materials without prior written permission.

Third-party content is owned by its respective rights holders.
